Development Contract Opportunities

 

Local businesses can grab a piece of the action of a £22m regeneration project in North East Derbyshire.

 

From scaffolders to security guards, a whole range of services and suppliers are needed for the New Bridge Street regeneration scheme in Clay Cross, which is now on site.

 

The first phase will see the creation of a new Tesco store, bus station and link road which – as part of North East Derbyshire District Council’s planning approval – must be carried out using local firms where possible.
