Local businesses can grab a piece of the action of a £22m regeneration project in North East Derbyshire.

 

A whole range of services and suppliers are needed for the New Bridge Street regeneration scheme in Clay Cross.

 

The first phase of the scheme, which saw the creation of a new Tesco superstore, a link road and a new bus station, is now complete. 

 

The second phase of the scheme, will see the creation of a new medical centre, as well as an additional 10 retail units, and improved pedestrian links with both the town and the new Tesco superstore.
